2008.02.17 Get Celebrity Fit Cardioのスピーチ

久々にビリーのスピーチを紹介したいと思います。
今回はGet Celebrity Fit Cardioです。



今までに紹介してきたスピーチやインタビューでも読んできたような
内容ですが、何度も繰り返し心に刻んでいくべきことですよね。

いつも通り意訳だったり、変な日本語になっていますが、我慢してください。



Good job.
I just want to say to you guys thanks for joining in our workout.
Remember, you are a superstar in your heart.
You are a celebrity in your heart.
グッドジョブ！
ワークアウトに参加してくれてありがとう。いいか、君達はみんな心はスーパースターなんだ。
セレブなんだ。

Remember there's nobody better than you are.
We all are people, we all reach, we all want to set goals for us,
for the same goals and that's testing ourself each day.
人間に優劣はない。俺達はみんな目標を定め、目標に向かってチャレンジしているんだ。

Everyday I get up, I always say to myself,
everyday above ground is a blessed day.
I get a chance to challenge, no matter what happens.
毎朝起きると自分に言い聞かせている。
「生きているということは、毎日が祝福である」と。
（カレンダーの11月の言葉ですね）
必ず自分に挑戦する機会がある。

I always tell you guys, remember, words that come out of your mouths speak power.
Just remember that --don't speak anything negative.
What you just did in the room today, you did a positive thing.
Don't go right away and say something negative about what you just did.
You did something positive, so start saying positive things.
いつも言っているように口から出す言葉にはパワーがある。
ネガティブなことは何も言うな。
今日ここでやったことはポジティブなことなんだ。
たった今やったことについてネガティブな事を言うんじゃないぞ。
ポジティブなことをやったんだから、口からもポジティブな言葉を発するんだ。

Remember, words are pregnated. they give power to life.
If what you say out of your mouth is positive,
it will rule you, and give you the opportunity to be the best you can be.
言葉は生命を宿している。人生にパワーを与える。
ポジティブな事を言えば、自分をコントロールして最大限の力を出せる。

So all I want to say to you guys is thank y'all very much for joining in.
I tell you I'm so happy about doing this workout.
I'm so happy about getting back in the studio
and challenging myself to give you guys an awesome workout
and a chance to feel what I'm feeling.
参加してくれて本当にありがとう。
このワークアウトをして良かったよ。
スタジオに来て自分に挑戦して君達のために素晴らしいワークアウトを作り、
君達にも俺が感じている事を伝えることができて嬉しいよ。

So keep up the good work and remember,
we're helpers together.
You' are not alone. We'll all help us together doing one thing.
だからこのまま続けるんだ。
そして俺達は助けあっているってことを忘れないでくれ。
君は一人じゃない。みんなで助け合いながら同じ事をするんだ。

That's why we have all these people in the room.
Because everybody can look and see who they can be like.
Because we get all different types of cultures all different types of bodies.
It's truly a blessing to be able to help you change your life.
だからここにこの人達がいるんだ。
誰もがここにいる誰かのようになれる。だから異なる文化や体型の人達がいるんだよ。

So all I want to say this to you guys,
keep up the good work.
Don't give up.

諦めるな。

2008.01.25 引き続き Get Celebrity Fit Cardioです。

関東方面でも雪が降って大変だったようですが、
昨日北海道に降った雪に比べたらかわいいものです。
朝起きた時から視界が悪くなるほど降っていた雪は、
4時ごろまで降り続きました。

用事があったので外に出てびっくり！


自転車置き場の自転車はタイヤがほとんど埋まり、サドルの上に
きれいな山が…。
歩道の上には人が一人通るスペースしかなく、歩くのが大変でしたよ。


さておととい初めてやったGet Celebrity Fit Cardioですが、
今回は写真入りで紹介します。
すでにお持ちの方もたくさんいらっしゃるので、簡単なものですが。

2008.01.23 Get Celebrity Fit Cardioの元のタイトル？

この間一気に注文したＤＶＤの第一弾、Get Celebrity Fit Cardioが届きました。



これ、ワークアウトの始めにビリーが、

"Welcome to Celebrity Superstar Slim Workout!"
（セレブリティ　スーパースター　スリム　ワークアウトへようこそ！）

って言ってるんですよね。
ということはこれが元々のタイトルだったんでしょうか。

2007.12.12 Get Celebrity Fit Sculptのスピーチ

久々に手に入れた新しいDVD。
（いや、そんなに久々でもないですかね。）
恒例のスピーチを載せてみます。


実はダンベル購入が見送りになり、その反動でか、
もう一枚ポチッといっちゃったんですよ。
まあ誕生日が近いし、いいか、って（笑）。



I just want to say to you guys, thank you for joining in.
It's been an awesome workout.
参加してくれてありがとう。
素晴らしいワークアウトだった。

Remember, you are celebrities in your heart.
Remember, it takes a celebrity to know a celebrity
and if you reach inside your heart, you can see that
all a celebrity is a normal person
that just has a different job than you have.
But you are a celebrity.
忘れないでくれ。みんなも心はセレブなんだ。
セレブのことはセレブにしかわからない。
心の奥を見つめてみれば、どのセレブも普通の人間だってわかるだろう。
ただ君達とは違う仕事をしているだけなんだ。
君達だってセレブなんだよ。

And let me tell you, too - sculpting
is an awesome thing.
そして、スカルプトするって素晴らしいことなんだ。

(Sculptには彫刻する、調整するなどという意味があります。身体の余分なところを
削って筋肉をつけるところはつけるっていう意味なんでしょうが、うまい日本語が
見つからないので、そのままにしておきました。）

Being able to not just sculpt your body
but sculpt your ways, sculpt your mind,
sculpt the way you do things because if you
don't sculpt the way you do things,
you will be all over the place.
身体だけじゃなく、物事のやり方、心…
君達が物事のやり方をスカルプトしないと、あちこちふらふらしてしまう。

So remember, it' not just about your body,
it's about your whole inside as well as your outside.
だから忘れないで。身体だけじゃないんだ。
外面と同じく、内面の問題なんだ。

That's what Tae Bo's all about.
It's about going from the inside out
and once you do that, everything else falls in place.
それがTae Boなんだ。
内面から始めることだ。
そうすれば全てはついてくる。

So I just want to say, guys, thank y'all for joining in
and keep on with it.

2007.06.20 Get Celebrity Fit Series

Get Celebrity Fit Seriesには２種類あります。



このワークアウトはビリーがＬＡでセレブのクライアントをトレーニングする時に使うのと同じものだそうです。どちらもエアロビと筋力増加の要素のある全身運動です。

この二枚はかなり似通っていますが、cardioの方が脂肪燃焼が目的なので、少しペースが早くなっているそうです。
