いいか、これは空軍学校の初日だったんだ。
（背景を良く見ると滑走路になってますね。今回はブートキャンプと違い、空軍なんですね。）

You know our goal is to fly.
俺達の目標は飛ぶことだ。

In everybody's life, we all have a runway and we all want to get there,
みんなの人生には滑走路があるし、みんなが達成したい目標がある。

And there's a lot of ways that can give you... you can go left or you can go right, but it's gonna be a choice　you're gonna have to make.
それを達成するためには、右にもいけるし左にもいけるが、結局は君達が決めなければならないことだ。

Remember, we're all here to help you out.
いいか、俺達はいつでも力を貸すぞ。

Not just me as an instructor, but you have a lot of people on this floor that you can see that you can be like.
ただのインストラクターとしてではなくてだ。ここにも君達が目標にできる人がたくさんいる。

So all I'm asking you guys to do, is truly, truly, truly, open up your heart and see what you can be.
だから俺が言いたいのは、本当に君の心を開いてどんな自分になれるかを想像してみてくれと言う事だ。

Because remember, if you can see it, you can get it.
頭に描く事ができれば、手に入れることができるんだ。

But I need for you guys to really, really, really, reach deep down inside your soul...
でも君達がソウル(魂）の奥深い所まで見つめて欲しい。

because nobody else can do it for you, you have to do it yourself.
だってやるのは誰でもない、君自身だからだ。

Even though we have a mighty god, but God can't do anything unless you allow him to.
俺達には全能の神がついているけど、神様だって君達が心を開かなければ何もできないんだ。

So allow yourself to be the best that you can be...
not the best I can be, but the best that you can be.

(その力を）ズボンを履く様に身に着けるんだ。
（put on the power で力を引き出すみたいな意味ですが、英語でput onは身に着ける、着るという意味もあるので、かけているんでしょう。）

子供の靴を履かせるように。

Put it on like you give your son and daughter a kiss every day.
息子や娘に毎日キスをするように。

Put it on like you give your husband a hug.
旦那さんにハグをするように。

Put it on like you get up in the morning and take a shower.
朝起きてシャワーをするように。

それから…とにかく身に着けるんだ！(笑）
